Ms. Williams is an Emergency Management Associate with Perses Consulting, LLC. Ms. Williams is an experienced planner and exercise practitioner currently providing planning, training, and exercise support to jurisdictions in MD, VA, NC, TX, WA, and the District of Columbia. Ms. Williams is currently the planning lead for the City of Fairfax Office of Emergency Management support project designing, developing, and updating a variety of strategic, operational, and tactical plans. Ms. Williams is also a task lead for a project through the District’s Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency (HSEMA) Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program support project providing supply chain resilience planning support and leading the development of a workshop and exercise series. Ms. Williams holds a master’s degree in emergency management, has completed the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP) Business Consultant training and is an Associate Emergency Manager (AEM) with the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM).
