Perses Consulting, LLC is a Virginia-based, woman-owned small business certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise by the Virginia Unified Certification Program providing emergency management and homeland security-related planning, training and exercises. Perses Consulting founders and subject matter experts have been supporting local, state, federal, private sector and non-governmental organizations for decades. From developing Emergency Operations Plans (EOPs) to developing HSEEP-guided exercises and real-world after-action reports, the Perses Consulting team has supported all aspects of the National Preparedness System for some of the largest, highest risk jurisdictions in the Country. Centered around the three “E’s” of efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness, Perses Consulting is outcome focused with the end goal of every project being a better prepared tomorrow.
