Mr. Jacob Graham is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with six years of emergency management experience supporting state and local governments across the National Capital Region. His experience includes THIRA development, capability assessment, regional planning, stakeholder engagement, after-action reporting, and UASI-funded preparedness initiatives. He currently supports a $40+ million UASI grant portfolio spanning 24 state and local jurisdictions and previously supported DC HSEMA's THIRA, Hazard Mitigation Plan, exercises, and EOC after-action activities.
