Mr. Fruchtman is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in emergency and crisis management, business continuity, and project management, including all phases of incident management/emergency operations center management and risk assessment program delivery. He has served as the Planning Section Chief (PSC) and Logistics Section Chief (LSC) for multiple, high-profile transportation incidents around the country as a member of the Amtrak National Incident Response Team. He has also supported large, metropolitan area EOC operations as part of a support team for National Special Security Events (NSSE). Working with both the public and private sector, Mr. Fruchtman has provided emergency operations, business continuity and continuity of operations planning, training, exercises, and comprehensive after-action report development for critical infrastructure partners including ports, rail and transit systems, large universities, electric utility providers, oil, and LNG facilities. Mr. Fruchtman has delivered executive-level strategic planning and provided support for multiple, high-profile national special security events, large venues including NASCAR, Major League Baseball and the National Football League, and has provided program management leadership across multiple federal contracts.
