During and after the containment of the 2025 Los Angeles County Wildfires, Los Angeles County OEM established task forces to plan for and execute short, mid, and long-term recovery strategies and priorities to rebuild the communities and support the individuals and families impacted by the wildfires. Efforts included interim housing, rebuild, debris management, utility restoration, economic development, cultural and natural resources, schools, and watershed. To support Los Angeles County OEM’s recovery from the 2025 Wildfires, Perses Consulting staffed the Recovery Section and Operations Section.
