Kent, Washington Flooding AAR

Perses Consulting is currently leading the City of Kents’s December 2025 Flooding Incident After-Action Review and developing the subsequent After-Action Report/Improvement Plan. The December 2025 flood was a historic event for the City of Kent. This incident, marked by a series of unrelenting atmospheric rivers that caused the Green River to exceed its banks and led to a critical breach of the Desimone Levee, taxed city resources and required complex incident management.
