Pittsburgh International Airport FAC Plan

Perses provided support to the Allegheny County Airport Authority in the update of their Family Assistance Center Plan and the development and conduct of a workshop to bring stakeholders together to review and finalize the FAC Plan.

This time sensitive project was completed in three months and included the following components:

• Project Management

• Senior staff briefing

• Review of airport, NTSB, airline, and FAA family assistance center guidance

• Multiple plan reviews and updates

• Development and delivery of an HSEEP compliant workshop

• Post workshop plan update

• Delivery of a final FAC plan, including job action sheets
