VA THIRA & SPR

Perses Consulting is part of the team that is supporting the Commonwealth of Virginia in developing the Threat Identification and Risk Analysis (THIRA) and the Stakeholder Preparedness Review (SPR). The team is supporting the Commonwealth at the start of the three-year THIRA/SPR cycle with stakeholder engagement, threat and hazard identification, context development, capability target determination, and stakeholder preparedness review. This effort also includes open-ended planning support, update and maintain relevant planning documents, as needed by the agency.
