Working with the D.C. Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency, and the Department of Public Works, Perses Consulting helped plan, coordinate and execute the 2018 District Snow Summit. The Summit was one of many educational opportunities provided to the District Snow Team in preparation of the 2018-2019 Winter season.
