Perses Consulting is leading the design, development, conduct, evaluation, and after-action reporting of Florida’s Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) 2024 All-Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT) Full-Scale Exercise. The intent of this exercise is to simulate a real-life scenario in which up to 50 AHIMT members from varying regions across Florida will be required to coordinate and respond to a simulated disaster as a single, cohesive unit. The primary objective for this exercise is to test the ability of the Regional AHIMTs to integrate into one Type-2 AHIMT, as well as provide an opportunity for members to further expand their professional resume by utilizing this exercise a qualifying experience towards the completion of Florida AHIMT Position Specific Task books (PTBs) through the Florida Division of Emergency Management.
