Perses Consulting supported the D.C. housing Finance Agency develop a comprehensive COOP program. Initial tasks included the conduct of a business impact analysis, development of an occupant emergency plan, development of a COOP plan, and development of an IT Disaster Recovery Plan. Mr. Molloy was one of the lead planners on the project and supported communication with stakeholders, project execution and deliverable development.
