Manchester Active Threat Exercise

Perses Consulting led the design and development, and conduct and of an Active Threat Full-Scale Exercise for the Manchester Fire Department and NH Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Exercise objectives focused on Manchester’s active threat response, warm zone EMS, operational coordination, operational communications and public information. The scenario involved multiple active shooters, an improvised explosive device, and a hostage situation at the Southern New Hampshire University Arena.
